Hacked, slow or just stopped working?
A lot of older do-it-yourself sites eventually get broken into, fill up with spam, or slow to a crawl because nobody's been updating the software behind them. Online shops
We don't build full online shops with shopping carts and payments any more. Specialist platforms such as Shopify do that far better for a monthly fee, and we'd rather you had the right tool. We can set up your domain and email to work with it, and build a simple front page that links across.
Things people ask
I don't know anything about websites or hosting. Is that a problem?
No. Most of our customers don't, and they don't need to. You tell us about your business; we handle the domain, the hosting, the email and the site, and explain anything you want to know in plain English.
Can I change things on the site myself?
You can, since it's plain files you own, but most people just send us a message. A new photo, a price change, a new team member — usually done the same day.
Why not just use Wix or a website builder?
They're fine until you want to leave. You're renting the site month to month, it's slow, and you can't take it with you. Ours is built once, owned by you, and costs nothing extra to keep running beyond normal hosting.
Will people find me on Google?
We set up the things Google looks for: proper page titles, fast loading, a phone-friendly layout and your Google Business listing. For most local trades, that's what gets you found for "plumber" plus your suburb. Competing for bigger search terms is a separate, ongoing job we can talk about.
I already have a domain name and email. Can I keep them?
Yes. We work with a domain registered anywhere and make sure your existing email keeps working when the site moves.
What if something goes wrong?
Send a message through the contact page. You'll get the person who looks after your site, and it'll be handled with care. There's also a daily backup, so nothing is ever lost.
